In his first year at Bayern Munich, Harry Kane has maintained his impressive scoring routine. On Saturday, the English striker scored three times in the 8-1 defeat of Mainz at the Allianz Arena and reached 30 goals in this edition of the Bundesliga.

The mark was reached with 25 games played in the national league, where he still has six assists. If the goal average is maintained, it is possible to aim for the record in a single edition of the German Championship.

In 2020/21, Robert Lewandowski finished the competition with 41 goals scored, surpassing Gerd Müller's historic feat in the 1970s. In the current season, Kane has nine more matches to play in the Bundesliga.
